LOGGING ONTO YOUR EXISTING ACCOUNT:
If you log on to your account, and you get a message saying that your email address is already being used, then you already have an account. Use the "forget your password" button to have your information re-sent to you.
REMEMBER! Passwords are case sensitive - upper and lower case letters in your password must match!
Steps for resetting password - print this page if necessary.
1. Click the "forget your password" button, Type your email address in the field and click "Send My Details".
2. Check your email a few moments later for your password.
3. Log in to members area using the password. (upper, lower case letters must match)

While it is possible to view video using a dial-up connection, the download time will be slower than broadband so you may have to wait a while to see the videos.

If you are continuing to experience problems, your computer hardware such as your video card or the amount of memory that you have may not be adequate.
PROBLEMS WITH VIDEO QUALITY:
A very small number of users have reported video freezes and other issues of quality. If you are having problems viewing your video lessons, please update your video player to the most recent version. To download the free Flash plug-in software, click the link below and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you do not have an install button when trying to install Flash, then the player has detected that you have an older version of an operating system that does not support the required plug-in. In that situation, you will need to upgrade your operating system.
If you have a DSL connection, be sure your computer is not plugged into a telephone jack and instead is plugged into the ADSL jacks. Using the telephone jack will cause a slower speed.
There are times that your Internet connection will slow down. In those instances, you will not be receiving the video feed as quickly as our servers are sending it. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about your connection speed.
